Shipping policy Delivery

La Femmina ships to several European countries. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Taxes & VAT

La Femmina is responsible for collecting and paying applicable VAT and taxes in accordance with EU regulations. Customers will not be required to pay additional taxes upon delivery.

Incorrect address

La Femmina is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delays & lost packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

Return & exchange policy 14-day window

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without the need to provide a reason.

Return conditions

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in resellable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as personal care or intimate items) may not be eligible for return if opened.

Refunds
