SHIPPING POLICY

La Femmina ships to several European countries. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and supplier location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Express Shipping (when available): 3–7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary according to destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Taxes & VAT

La Femmina is responsible for collecting and paying applicable VAT and taxes in accordance with European Union regulations.
Customers will not be required to pay additional taxes upon delivery.

Incorrect Address

La Femmina is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without the need to provide a reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in resellable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as personal care or intimate items) may not be eligible for return if opened.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
